I've been having trouble getting my mom to eat many of the foods recommended on the brain healthy diet, she doesn't seem to have much of an appetite now days. After getting educated on the brain healthy diet, going through my mom's kitchen and replacing all of the junk foods with brain healthy alternatives, now she refuses to eat much of the healthy food I've purchased. In fact, she is so picky, I don't see how it's possible for her to eat all of the foods she needs each day. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get her to eat more?
