What is AlzU?

About The Lessons

After you join, you can participate in an interactive course on Everything One Needs to Know about Alzheimer's disease for 2016 and beyond. Lessons can be completed online, anytime and each lesson lasts on average from 5-10 minutes.

Currently, the first 5 lessons are available with many more coming soon. These cover topics including the Stages of AD, Diagnosis of AD, and the latest scientifically-studied ways to reduce AD risk or delay onset, as well as to treat AD. There are also many activities to keep the brain engaged and to keep users updated on the latest options to manage brain-health, get involved, or learn more.

When AlzU.org fully launches, there will be 2 sections, including 15 Introductory lessons and a 10 lesson Advanced course with more detailed information. At the end of the course, a Certificate of Completion will be awarded.

Lessons can be viewed on any computer, as well as on cell phones (e.g., iPhone, Android) and tablet devices, although many users find the content to work better and be more effective when watched on a desktop or laptop.
