Hi John This is a good question. Currently IVIg is not FDA-approved for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. There was a study published a few years back that was "negative" but showed a possible signal of having a mild degree of effect in a certain subset of patients, those who were carriers of the APOE4 gene.
